Gameplay tips:
- When you first play the game, give yourself a few minutes extra to shuffle the action and reaction cards together as there are a lot of them.
- Above 6-7 players we recommend teaming up and playing the Co-Op mode. It is a lot of fun.
- Feel free to flex the rules:
- Play the simple version with just reaction cards (See the last page of the instructions)
- Couples can use the topic cards as icebreaker ideas
- Allow the Authority to modify the rules during their turn
- Have fun!
You’ll play for points, stay for stories, and end with an epic experience
Every round sparks unpredictable tales from forgotten corners of life. You get points, give points, share points, and steal points… but, do the points really matter when you’ve laughed, gasped, giggled, and groaned your way through the game?
The game is simple: Players use strategy cards plus tales of life experiences to earn points. In the end, the player with the most points wins, but all players love the unforgettable experience with friends and family.
GREAT NEW GAME: A “must have” for your best game night!
- THE EXPERIENCE: Your neighbor survived a violent storm while deep-sea fishing; you just don’t know it yet. By the end of the night, you’ve learned a friend was called on stage in a magic show, your coworker wrestled a snapping turtle and your aunt had a secret cowboy crush. Life is full of enjoyable and sometimes unexpected stories.
- WHO WILL LOVE IT: Perfect for friend and family groups who love great stories and a little strategy to keep it interesting. Great for game nights, family gatherings, and double dates.
- GAMEPLAY: You tell a life story based on a prompt. You use action cards from your hand to twist the topic or add points to the pot before telling your story. Then tell your story, and other players can reward you, while listening, with their reaction cards for funny, surprising, or unexpected moments. The player who earns the most points wins!
- GETTING STARTED: Most beginners watch the 3 minute “how-to video” and are able to enjoy the game quickly. Games typically last 30–90 minutes, depending on group size.
